  • Make the plan in plain words

    “Game night Sat 7, invite the usual crew, I want 10.” → invites out, you’re counted in.

  • Text first, email the rest

    iygig texts people who’ve opted in and automatically emails everyone else.

  • Backups fill in automatically

    Line up backups in order — every “can’t make it” pulls in the next person for you.
